Gas Line Installation in Frederick

Mallick installed more than 260 feet of four-inch gas piping from the rear of the building, across rooftop support blocks and into the mechanical room's boiler line.

The team coordinated permitting and inspections, decommissioned the former piping, labeled the new system and completed the work without additional business downtime.

The replacement was driven by a relocated meter, and by the reliability the building's mechanical systems needed from a line that had to last. The constraint was time: the work had to be code-compliant and inspected without the business stopping trading.

The crew worked overtime and through extreme weather to hold that schedule. The building took no additional downtime, and the new line runs labelled and visible for whoever services it next.
