Who we are
Plumbing services are provided by Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc., a Maryland plumbing contractor (Maryland License #19572, WSSC licensed and insured), operating from offices in Gaithersburg, Frederick and Woodbine, Maryland.
Services and scheduling
Residential and commercial plumbing services are subject to availability and scheduling. Arrival delays can occur because of prior calls or unforeseen conditions, and the office will communicate expected delays.
Service authorization
The work is discussed and approved before proceeding. Additional work is discussed and approved separately.
Permits and inspections
Where plumbing or gas work requires a permit and inspection, Mallick performs the work under the applicable authority's requirements. Permit and inspection details vary by jurisdiction across our service area.
Warranties
Specific warranty terms vary by service and are communicated at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties are separate from Mallick's labor warranty and do not cover misuse, neglect or third-party modifications.
