Aim for Change
Making every shot count
Each year, Mallick Plumbing & Heating and Chelsea's Chimney bring local businesses, team members, and community partners together for the Aim for Change Sporting Clay Shoot.
What began as a great day outdoors has grown into an annual fundraiser that brings our community together in support of organizations making a meaningful difference.

Sometimes helping a community has nothing to do with a scheduled plumbing appointment.
Our team has partnered with organizations such as Waterboyz for Jesus and Rebuilding Together Montgomery County to help restore safe, reliable water and plumbing for individuals and families in need.
Whether that means donating materials, contributing labor, supporting a renovation, or stepping in when someone needs a helping hand, the Mallick Plumbing team is proud to use its skills in ways that extend beyond everyday work. We may not always talk about every good deed, but when there is an opportunity to help, we do our best to show up.

The causes that matter to us
Our team members are connected to schools, nonprofits, athletic programs, charities, and causes throughout the areas we serve. When something matters to one of them, we look for opportunities to support the people and organizations they care about.
What does it mean for Mallick to support a cause important to you?
Growing up in the DMV, you become part of an entire community of people; people you work with, eat with, play sports with, worship with, and raise your families alongside. These are our neighbors, friends, customers, and partners, and we want to see them live good, healthy, and fulfilling lives. That is why giving back has always been important to us. When someone in our community needs support, we want to help wherever we can and as often as we can. To me, that is what being part of a community is all about.
Our presence within the community is more than being there to serve our customers. When we can show up to support our community through fundraisers, charity work or just supporting any cause in general, it brings a sense of pride that no plumbing project ever could. To be able to be there for the people that don't call on you is something that we are proud to do. It's the times where it is least expected where the most impact happens.
Being able to help organize events and give back to so many different organizations means a great deal to me. It is rewarding to see our team, customers, and community partners come together to support causes that are making a real difference in people's lives. Knowing that Mallick Plumbing & Heating encourages us to use our time, resources, and relationships to help others is one of the many reasons I'm proud to work here.
Breast cancer awareness is a cause that is very close to my heart because I lost my mom to breast cancer. Having Mallick Plumbing & Heating support this cause means so much to me because it not only helps raise awareness and provide support to those affected, but it also keeps my mom's memory alive. Knowing that our company and my teammates stand behind a cause that is so personal reminds me that we are making a meaningful difference in our community. Together, we have the opportunity to support families facing this difficult journey and bring hope to others, which makes me incredibly proud to be part of the Mallick Team.
It gives me a great sense of satisfaction to see that, despite everyone's busy schedules, the Mallick Team, our vendors, and members of the community took the time to come together and raise some funds for different organizations with our annual Aim for Change event. With the encouragement and support of Mallick's ownership, we are making a meaningful difference in helping to create a better community in which to live and work.
