The work
The Commercial Service Team's first visit established why the pumps kept failing: they had never been serviced since installation, roughly 25 to 30 years earlier. Booster pumps want annual maintenance to hold their performance and efficiency, and three decades without it had taken the system past the point where another repair was worth doing.
Mallick removed the existing system and installed two booster pumps with all the necessary connection material, along with an updated control panel.
The team then coordinated with the manufacturer for the on-site startup and operational testing. It passed, which validated the manufacturer warranty. After the debris was cleared, the facility manager was walked through the new system and its maintenance schedule.
