Frederick sits outside the WSSC service area, so the permit process that covers Mallick's Montgomery County work does not transfer here. In the county, plumbing permits are issued and inspected by Frederick County Permits and Inspections; inside the City of Frederick, the city runs its own permit office.

What are the common signs that my bathroom fixtures need repair?
Dripping faucets, low flow, slow drainage, a toilet that runs constantly, loose handles, strange noises when the fixture is used, or water pooling around the base. The base pooling is the one to act on quickly — that water is usually reaching the floor structure.
